Ely Cathedral
This was the first time Sanderstead Singers sang at Ely Cathedral.
The music this year was chosen from Fred Irvine’s personal favourites, as Fred stepped down as choirmaster after 28 years. Stanford’s Justorum animae was sung in the Lady Chapel, the largest in any English cathedral.
